01 — Our Services

Ventilation that breathes.

MVHR · PIV · Extract · BS EN 16798

The problem

Stale air is the silent damage.

CO₂ over 1,400 ppm is normal in a sealed UK bedroom by 3 a.m.

Modern homes are airtight by code — and that's good for energy bills. But without designed ventilation you trap moisture, VOCs, cooking grease and CO₂ inside the envelope. The cost is mould, headaches, poor sleep and rotted timber that nobody insures against.

A correctly designed ventilation strategy fixes the cause. We don't sell extractor fans — we design air movement.

Three approaches

Pick the one the building actually needs.

MVHR — Heat Recovery

Best for: New build & deep retrofit

Balanced supply and extract through a heat exchanger. Recovers up to 92% of warmth from outgoing air. Continuous, quiet, filtered.

PIV — Positive Input

Best for: Damp & condensation problems

Loft-mounted unit gently pressurises the home with filtered air, displacing moisture out through trickle vents. Single-point install, no ductwork.

Extract / dMEV

Best for: Wet rooms & light retrofit

Continuous low-rate fans in kitchens and bathrooms. Pulls humid air out at source. Cheapest compliant solution under Part F.

Where we work

Three building types. Three briefs.

200+

Homes

Loft conversions, full-house MVHR, basement PIV. Sized per room, ducted in voids, hidden in eaves.

120+

Commercial

Offices, gyms, retail. Heat recovery AHUs, BMS-linked controls, occupancy sensing for energy.

60+

Industrial

Workshops, warehouses, light manufacturing. LEV at source, make-up air, dust extract.

Acoustics is half the job.

A 30 dB system you can hear is a 30 dB system you'll switch off. We model duct velocity below 3 m/s in living spaces and use lined plenum boxes at every grille. The end result: ventilation you forget is running.
